Meet some of the key team members:
James Cash
Founding Director James has more than 12 years senior experience in the IT industry, and holds customer satisfaction key to the success of his business. James is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has previously worked with large organisations including BMW, Britvic and the NHS.
In 2008, James won the title of Brite Spark at the prestigious Switched-on Awards, which is awarded to the leader who empowers and inspires others with their vision for the future, believes in the future of their company and will drive their organisation forward, creating work and attracting the best.
Mark Poulding
Mark is a Director of JamesCash.co.uk Ltd and has over 10 years experience providing effective IT support to small businesses. Mark is a Microsoft Certified Professional and leads the JamesCash.co.uk support team. His specialist skills include Small Business Server networks and Sage applications. In Mark's spare time he enjoys golf and cooking.
Richard Tubb
Richard joined JamesCash.co.uk Ltd following the merger with Netlink IT in October 2009. Since founding Netlink IT in 1999, Richard Tubb has amassed a decade’s worth of experience in providing IT consulting services to small and medium-sized business, charities and educational establishments throughout the UK.
Before starting his own IT consulting firm, Richard built a solid background in IT support at companies including GE Accident Assistance, Ernst & Young, NHS Information Authority and ITnet. Richard is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Member of the British Computer Society.
James Brown
Working as a Support Engineer, James offers first line remote support, and is the first port of call for most client support issues. James has 5 years experience providing IT support and holds the A+ qualification. The IT industry requires the continual development of technical skills and James is currently undergoing an 18 month training program to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. At weekends James serves with the 4th Battalion of the Mercia Regiment, in the Territorial Army.
Alex Batty
Alex works as the Finance Manager where she deals with accounts and credit control. She has 3 years experience working within James Cash and previously helped manage two family businesses. Alex holds the AAT Level 3 certification in accounting. Outside work Alex enjoys keeping fit and art.
Matthew Benson
Matthew is our newest recruit, joining us from the Zenos IT Academy in Telford. Here's what his tutor had to say about him: Matthew is a very disciplined individual, which we believe is due to his membership of the Air Training Corps. He has a good sense of humour and is very popular with his peers. Every so often we get a student at Telford who has the complete package, Matthew is without doubt in the top three students that have been trained in the last three years.
